Job Summary
Contract-heavy equipment operator for nationwide above-ground pool installations. The role requires 5+ years of proven pool-install or precision grading experience, ownership of core equipment (vehicle, skid steer/Bobcat/front loader, and laser or transit level), and full-time helper presence. Expect immediate start, up to 200-mile radius travel for 20–30 pools per month, and a structured 3-day onboarding. Pay is performance-based with daily install earnings and potential monthly bonuses; daily pay offered. Company provides a steady stream of qualified installations and supports high-volume schedules.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of proven experience installing above-ground pools OR significant experience in precision grading and residential dirt work
- at least one reliable, full-time helper
- access to a full-size work vehicle capable of towing, a residential-sized skid steer/Bobcat/front loader, and a transit or laser level (tools may be owned, rented, or leased)
- valid driver's license, auto insurance, and ability to obtain $1,000,000 general liability insurance
- ability to start immediately and willingness to cover up to a 200-mile installation radius to complete 20–30 pools per month
- 3-day on-the-job training with a current installer
