Job Summary
Heavy Equipment Operator (Contract) needed for above-ground pool installations across the state. The role focuses on completing quality pool installations and precision grading/dirt work. Expect a high-volume workflow with earnings potential tied to daily pool installs and bonuses. You must bring your own full-size towing-capable vehicle and equipment (e.g., skid steer/Bobcat/front loader, transit or laser level), have a valid driver’s license and auto insurance with $1,000,000 GL, and be able to travel up to 200 miles to install 20–30 pools per month. A 3-day on-the-job training will be provided with an experienced installer. Company provides a steady stream of installs, and bonuses include a $500 sign-on, $500 for every 5 pools installed (up to 25 pools), and $1,000 extra per week when completing 5 installs in a week. Daily pay is available after each installation. Location noted: Trimble, MO, US.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of proven experience installing above-ground pools OR significant experience in precision grading and residential dirt work
- At least one reliable, full-time helper
- Access to a full-size work vehicle capable of towing and to a residential-sized skid steer/Bobcat/front loader, and a transit or laser level (tools/equipment may be owned, rented, or leased)
- Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and $1,000,000 general liability insurance (or ability to obtain)
- Willingness to cover up to a 200-mile installation radius to complete 20–30 pools per month
- 3-day on-the-job training program with a current installer
