Job Summary
Contract Heavy Equipment Operator for Missouri-based above-ground pool installations. You9;ll apply 5+ years of experience in pool installation or precision grading/dirt work, operate equipment (full-size work vehicle to tow, skid steer/Bobcat/front loader, and transit or laser level), and complete quality installations across a up-to-200-mile radius. Training is provided through a 3-day program; compensation is project-based with potential for high monthly earnings. Must have a reliable full-time helper, drivers license, auto insurance, and a $1,000,000 general liability policy or ability to obtain one. Immediate start available, with daily pay options and bonuses tied to pool installations.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of proven experience installing above-ground pools OR significant experience in precision grading and residential dirt work
- at least one reliable, full-time helper
- valid drivers license
- auto insurance
- $1,000,000 general liability insurance policy (or ability to obtain one)
- ability to start immediately
- willingness to cover up to a 200-mile installation radius to complete 20–30 pools per month
- 3-day on-the-job training program with a current installer
