Job Summary
Contract heavy equipment operator needed for high-volume above-ground pool installations across the state. Install pools with precision grading, operate skid steer/front loader/Bobcat and laser level. Must have 5+ years of proven experience in above-ground pool installations or residential dirt work, plus at least one reliable full-time helper. Own or provide access to a full-size towing-capable vehicle, skid steer/front loader, and a transit/laser level. Must hold a valid driver's license, auto insurance, and $1,000,000 general liability insurance. Willingness to cover up to a 200-mile radius and complete 20–30 pools per month. 3-day training with a current installer. Average earnings potential includes daily pay, a $500 sign-on bonus, and additional bonuses based on installs, with some installers earning up to $30,000 per month.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of proven experience installing above-ground pools OR significant experience in precision grading and residential dirt work
- at least one reliable, full-time helper
- access to a full-size work vehicle capable of towing, a residential-sized skid steer/Bobcat/front loader, and a transit or laser level (ownership or ability to obtain)
- valid driver's license, auto insurance, and a $1,000,000 general liability insurance policy (or ability to obtain one)
- ability to start immediately and willingness to cover up to a 200-mile installation radius to complete 20–30 pools per month
- 3-day on-the-job training program with a current installer
