Job Summary
Contract-heavy role for experienced Heavy Equipment Operators to perform high-volume above-ground pool installations across the state. Responsibilities include completing quality pool installations with precision grading and dirt work, using equipment such as a full-size tow-capable vehicle, skid steer/Bobcat/front loader, and transit/laser level. Must provide own tools, have a valid driver's license and insurance, and be able to travel within a 200-mile radius to install 20–30 pools per month. Includes on-the-job training, sign-on bonus, daily pay, and potential monthly earnings up to $30,000. Emphasizes steady stream of installations, no bidding or chasing jobs, and high-volume workflow. Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of proven experience installing above-ground pools OR significant experience in precision grading and residential dirt work
- At least one reliable, full-time helper
- Access to a full-size work vehicle capable of towing, a residential-sized skid steer/Bobcat/front loader, and a transit or laser level (tools may be owned, rented, or leased but must be provided)
- Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and a $1,000,000 general liability insurance policy (or ability to obtain one)
- Ability to start immediately and willingness to cover up to a 200-mile installation radius to complete 20–30 pools per month
- 3-day on-the-job training program with a current installer
