Job Summary
Contract Heavy Equipment Operator for high-volume above-ground pool installations. Responsibilities include completing quality pool installations and operating heavy equipment (full-size towable vehicle, skid steer/Bobcat/front loader, transit or laser level) with 5+ years of experience in pool installation or precision grading/dirt work. Must have at least one reliable full-time helper, possess a valid driver's license and insurance, and secure a $1,000,000 general liability policy. Training provided (3 days). Willingness to travel up to 200 miles and handle 20–30 pools per month. Daily pay and bonuses offered; potentially up to $30,000 per month for top installers. Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of proven experience installing above-ground pools OR significant experience in precision grading and residential dirt work
- at least one reliable, full-time helper
- access to a full-size work vehicle capable of towing, a residential-sized skid steer/Bobcat/front loader, and a transit or laser level
- valid driver's license, auto insurance, and a $1,000,000 general liability insurance policy (or the ability to obtain one)
- availability to start immediately and willingness to cover up to a 200-mile installation radius to complete 20–30 pools per month
- 3-day on-the-job training program with a current installer
