Job Summary
Contract Heavy Equipment Operator for above-ground pool installations. Must have 5+ years of proven experience (above-ground pools or precision grading/dirt work), own a crew or at least one reliable full-time helper, and provide required equipment (towing vehicle, skid steer/Bobcat/front loader, and a transit or laser level). Must hold a valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and $1,000,000 general liability insurance. Willingness to travel up to 200 miles to install 20–30 pools per month. A 3-day on-the-job training with a current installer is provided. Earnings potential includes daily pay and bonuses (sign-on bonus, per-pool bonuses, and weekly increases for multiple installs). Daily pay available after each installation. Company emphasizes a steady flow of high-volume installations and ongoing work throughout the state. Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of proven experience installing above-ground pools OR significant experience in precision grading and residential dirt work
- At least one reliable, full-time helper
- Access to a full-size work vehicle capable of towing, a residential-sized skid steer/Bobcat/front loader, and a transit or laser level (tools may be owned/rented but must be provided)
- Valid driver's license and auto insurance
- $1,000,000 general liability insurance policy or ability to obtain one
- Ability to start immediately and willingness to cover up to a 200-mile installation radius to complete 20–30 pools per month
- Completion of a 3-day on-the-job training program with a current installer
