Job Summary
Contract Heavy Equipment Operator for Blue World Pools, performing above-ground pool installations across the state. Responsibilities include completing quality pool installations, precision grading and residential dirt work, operating equipment (full-size vehicle for towing, skid steer/Bobcat/front loader, and laser level), and ensuring a steady workflow with a 200-mile radius and 20–30 pools per month. Training provided with a 3-day onboarding. Must bring tools and an available helper; daily pay structure and performance bonuses offered. Nationwide pool installation company with established advertising and rapid-start potential.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of proven experience installing above-ground pools OR significant experience in precision grading and residential dirt work
- Must have at least one reliable, full-time helper
- Access to a full-size work vehicle capable of towing, a residential-sized skid steer/Bobcat/front loader, and a transit or laser level (equipment may be owned, rented, or leased; you must provide it)
- Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and a $1,000,000 general liability insurance policy (or ability to obtain one)
- Willingness to cover up to a 200-mile installation radius to complete 20–30 pools per month
- 3-day on-the-job training with a current installer
