Contract Heavy Equipment Operator needed for high-volume above-ground pool installations. Responsibilities include completing quality installations across the state using equipment such as skid steer/Bobcat/front loader and precision leveling tools (transit/laser level). Requires 5+ years of relevant experience, ownership of tools/equipment, and ability to manage a 200-mile radius to complete 20–30 pools per month. Must have a valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and $1,000,000 general liability; training provided. Bonuses and daily pay offered; average earnings per daily pool install range $1,400–$1,600 with potential monthly earnings up to $30,000+ per installer. Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of proven experience installing above-ground pools OR significant experience in precision grading and residential dirt work
- At least one reliable, full-time helper
- Owns or has access to full-size work vehicle capable of towing, a residential-sized skid steer/Bobcat/front loader, and a transit or laser level
- Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and a $1,000,000 general liability insurance policy (or ability to obtain one)
- Willingness to cover up to a 200-mile installation radius to complete 20–30 pools per month
- 3-day on-the-job training program with a current installer
