Job Summary
Contract Heavy Equipment Operator needed for high-volume above-ground pool installations. Requires 5+ years experience in pool installs or precision grading/dirt work, own tools/equipment, valid license and insurance, ability to cover 200-mile radius and complete 20–30 pools/month. Training provided (3-day). Earners can expect ~$1,400–$1,600 per daily pool install with bonuses; daily pay. Role is contractor-based with a national pool company active since 1982; operate and install pools across the state from Euclid, OH area. Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of proven experience installing above-ground pools OR significant experience in precision grading and residential dirt work
- must have at least one reliable, full-time helper
- access to a full-size work vehicle capable of towing, a residential-sized skid steer/Bobcat/front loader, and a transit or laser level (tools may be owned, rented, or leased)
- valid drivers license, auto insurance, and a $1,000,000 general liability insurance policy (or ability to obtain one)
- availability to start immediately and willingness to cover up to a 200-mile installation radius to complete 20–30 pools per month
- 3-day on-the-job training program with a current installer
- daily pay after every completed installation
- bonuses structure: $500 sign-on, $500 for every 5 pools installed (up to 25 pools), $1,000 extra per week after 5 installs in a week
