Job Summary
Heavy Equipment Operator (Contract) role with Blue World Pools, Inc. seeks experienced operators for contract-based above-ground pool installations across the state. Responsibilities include completing high-volume pool installations and precision grading/dirt work using equipment such as skid steers, Bobcats, front loaders, and laser/transit levels. The position requires providing or possessing a full-size tow-capable vehicle, tools/equipment, and meeting licensing/insurance requirements. Training is provided (3-day on-the-job), with pay details including daily pay and performance bonuses. Ideal candidates have 5+ years of relevant experience, a reliable full-time helper, and willingness to travel up to 200 miles to deliver 20–30 pool installs monthly.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years experience installing above-ground pools OR significant experience in precision grading and residential dirt work
- at least one reliable, full-time helper
- access to full-size work vehicle capable of towing, a residential-sized skid steer/Bobcat/front loader, and a transit or laser level (tools/equipment may be owned, rented, or leased)
- valid driver's license and auto insurance, and $1,000,000 general liability insurance policy (or ability to obtain)
- availability to start immediately and willingness to cover up to a 200-mile installation radius to complete 20–30 pools per month
- 3-day on-the-job training program with a current installer
- ability to earn daily pay and bonuses as described (sign-on bonus; extra per pools installed; weekly payout)
