Job Summary
Experienced Heavy Equipment Operator and Construction Carpenter needed for multifamily renovation projects. Responsibilities include safely operating skid steers, excavators, backhoes, loaders, and other site equipment; performing grading, drainage, site preparation, demolition, and land clearing; assisting with framing, drywall, finish carpentry, renovation tasks, and utility excavation; following plans and quality standards; maintaining clean, organized job sites; and supporting the crew with tools, equipment, and safety practices. Must be able to lift up to 80 lbs, travel between properties in the Jackson area, have a valid driver’s license, and work independently as part of a team. OSHA 10-hour training and additional certification opportunities are available.
Required Qualifications
- 3-5+ years of experience operating heavy equipment in construction, site work, utility work, land clearing, excavation, or related industries.
