Job Summary
Experienced Heavy Equipment Operator needed in Cascade’s Medford, NJ office to safely and efficiently operate a variety of construction equipment (including excavators, loaders, dozers, rollers, graders, pavers, skid steers, and more). Responsibilities include operating equipment per procedures and safety regulations, conducting daily safety inspections, performing regular maintenance checks, documenting maintenance records, assisting with minor repairs as needed, upholding environmental and safety practices, and reporting larger repairs to appropriate personnel. Requires 80% travel, high attention to detail, and a strong work ethic. CDL strongly preferred; OSHA-40 training required. Equal opportunity employer. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- CDL license strongly preferred
- 10+ years of hands-on experience operating heavy equipment
- Valid OSHA-40 training
- Keen attention to detail and situational awareness
- Strong work ethic and the physical ability to lift 50+ pounds
- Ability to provide professional work references
- This position requires 80% travel
