Job Summary
Operate various types of heavy equipment for land clearing and restoration on incline hills in Cameron, WV. Perform basic equipment maintenance including fueling and greasing while following all safety rules and regulations. Assist with additional tasks as assigned by a supervisor. Requires 3-5 years of experience safely operating Heavy Iron, large scale Excavators, and Dozers. Ability to work outdoors in varying conditions, lift up to 60 pounds, and work at heights or tight spaces. MSHA certification is a plus.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to work in an outdoor environment in varying conditions
- Ability to lift up to 60 pounds
- Comfortable working at heights or tight spaces
- 3-5 years of experience safely operating Heavy Iron, large scale Excavators and Dozers, as well as other related equipment
- Knowledge of land clearing/restoration functions and operations on incline hills of Cameron, WV
- Willingness and ability to pass a pre-employment background check, and drug/alcohol screening
Desired Qualifications
- Mechanical aptitude is a plus
- MSHA certification is a plus but not required
