Job Summary
Operate excavating and loading equipment at transfer stations; load vehicles correctly and efficiently; perform and document daily inspections; service, grease, and clean machinery daily; communicate with Field Supervisor on breakdowns and operation needs; work with the scale system to maximize vehicle weight; complete company-issued training and certifications; adapt to varying shifts and schedules; outdoor work environment with safety compliance.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience loading vehicles
- Experience operating Front End Loader (CAT 950) and Grapple Excavator (Volvo EC220) or equivalent
- Be able to work the various shifts as needed
- Must be able to communicate with Field supervisor, fleet manager, drivers, and client’s representatives
- Follow thoroughly the safety rules and procedures
- Must be able to work a changing schedule based on demand
