Heavy Equipment Operator

Operate heavy equipment to achieve daily production goals while adhering to OSHA and H&K Safety policies. Control machine function by moving levers and depressing pedals, listening for stalling actions to ensure efficient operation. Perform daily checks on equipment to verify proper operating conditions, including greasing, checking fluids, and cleaning as scheduled. Securely park and store equipment after use, notifying the shop foreman of any maintenance or repair needs. This role supports BGC's core services in site development, demolition, and heavy civil construction within Pennsylvania.
