Heavy Equipment Operator II at WM operates heavy equipment (bulldozers, scrapers, front-end loaders) at recycling facilities, performs routine inspections and maintenance, moves materials, adheres to safety procedures, and follows standard operating procedures. Requires 3 years of heavy equipment experience, ability to pass pre-employment drug screen and physical, 18+ and legally eligible to work in the United States. Work schedule is Monday–Sunday (2 weeks on – 1 week off), 6:00am–6:30pm at the Big Lake, TX site. Demonstrates independence, accountability for safety, effective communication, and problem-solving in a physically demanding environment.
