Job Summary
Operate bulldozers, scrapers, and front-end loaders at WM’s recycling facilities; perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance, move materials, and follow standard operating procedures while adhering to safety policies. Requires 3 years of heavy equipment experience, ability to work independently with accountability, and legible communication to support team safety and efficiency. Schedule typically Monday–Friday with rotating Saturdays; site location is the WM waste disposal site in Telford, PA. Required Qualifications
- 3 years of experience operating heavy equipment
- Be over 18 years of age
- Legally eligible to work in the United States
- Ability to perform physical requirements of the position with or without reasonable accommodations
