Job Summary
Conduct safe, efficient operations of construction-grade wheel-loaders, forklifts, compactors, and tractor trucks at a recycling facility. Manage inbound material flow by directing truck discharge and clear tip floors as required. Perform pre- and post-operation inspections, complete equipment reports, and execute minor maintenance on machinery. Operate the Kubota baler, load trucks, and stack bales properly in the warehouse while identifying recyclable grades and removing contaminants. Collaborate with team members to provide training for new employees and cross-train for other positions, including sort line duties. Adhere to strict safety standards, company policies, and work schedules.
Required Qualifications
- Must have reliable transportation to and from work location
- Ability to maintain a reliable attendance record
- Must be able to lift and/or move up to 45 pounds
