Job Summary
Operate heavy equipment to process organic materials into compost, including front-end loaders, excavators, grinders, screeners, and backhoes. Perform daily safety checks, loading of trucks, and blending/screening operations; maintain equipment and support a safe, efficient production flow. Must work in a fast-paced outdoor environment on a 6:00AM–2:30PM shift, demonstrate reliability, teamwork, and adherence to safety and environmental standards.
