Job Summary
Diagnose and repair large mining equipment in the field, working with one of the largest CAT mining fleets in Pennsylvania. Enjoy a steady year-round job, paid drive time, with a take-home service truck and no overnight travel. Additional opportunities include cross-training in various mechanical disciplines.
Required Qualifications
- Experience as a heavy equipment, diesel, truck, or field mechanic
- Ability to work safely and independently in outdoor mining environments
- Ability to read and interpret technical instructions in English
- CDL B preferred (or willingness to obtain)
Desired Qualifications
- Mining or quarry background
- Hydraulic and electrical troubleshooting experience
- Experience using CAT ET or similar diagnostic software
- Welding and fabrication experience
