Job Summary
Responsible for maintaining, diagnosing, and repairing heavy construction equipment including hydraulic, electric, and power train systems. Works with equipment such as Caterpillar, Liebherr, Xtreme, and Takeuchi, using diagnostic tools CAT ET, Cummins INSITE, and Diesel Laptop. Schedule is 7:00am–5:00pm, with potential overtime, weekends, and nights. Must have 4+ years of experience as a Heavy Equipment Mechanic and pass drug/alcohol and non-DOT physical tests. On-site duties include moving around a construction/industrial site, complying with safety rules, and performing tasks in varying weather and environments. Per diem of $100 per days worked is provided. Equal Opportunity Employer.
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience as a Heavy Equipment Mechanic
- Ability to diagnose and repair hydraulic, electric, and power train systems
- Experience with Caterpillar, Liebherr, Xtreme, Takeuchi equipment
- Experience with diagnostic systems CAT ET, Cummins INSITE, Diesel Laptop
- Must be willing to work overtime, weekends and nights when required
- Must pass Drug and Alcohol and non-DOT physical test
