Heavy Equipment Mechanic

Seeking an experienced Heavy Equipment Mechanic to support the Childress, TX location. Responsibilities include timely turnover of returned rental equipment, maintaining a clean and organized shop, following OSHA safety guidelines, inventorying and ordering parts, maintaining the service truck and mounted equipment, coordinating on-site service calls, and prioritizing tasks to meet business goals. Required skills include reading schematics, diagnosing and repairing various equipment failures, strong customer service and interpersonal skills, a can-do attitude, organization, ability to work in a team or independently, multitasking, and prior experience with construction equipment. Must have 2+ years of on-the-job technician experience, own/tools, and be able to lift up to 50 pounds. Familiarity with Wynne Rental Man and Coupa software preferred.
