Job Summary
Hybrid Equipment Delivery Driver / Mechanic role delivering and picking up equipment throughout Central Oregon, operating light-duty diesel trucks with trailers, and performing preventative maintenance and basic repairs on a variety of construction and rental equipment. Responsibilities include inspecting equipment before/after rentals or deliveries, troubleshooting mechanical issues involving small engines, hydraulics, trailers, and compact equipment, assisting with loading/unloading in the yard, maintaining delivery paperwork and service records, and communicating professionally with customers at jobsites and delivery locations. Additional duties include supporting general shop and yard organization, and contributing to a dependable, team-oriented environment. Qualifications emphasize a clean driving record, experience towing trailers and operating diesel pickups, mechanical aptitude with equipment and diesel systems, ability to lift 50+ lbs, and a valid driver’s license.
