Job Summary
Travelling construction heavy equipment laborer needed to work with heavy equipment operators and foreman on drilling projects. Role involves extensive travel (project-based), cross-training to learn new skills, and potential welding tests. Experience in horizontal auger boring, tunneling, pipe jacking, tunnel boring machines, and horizontal directional drilling operations is very helpful. Travel to multiple states and provide lodging and per diem as part of benefits. 4-5 person crews; candidates must be willing to cross-train and adapt to varying project durations. 75% travel projected with lodging provided. Includes standard benefits after 90 days and pre-employment screenings.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years experience in the construction industry
- Willingness to travel for project-based work (states listed)
- Ability to pass a basic weld test or willingness to learn to weld
- Willingness to cross-train and learn new skills
- Valid Driver's License
