Job Summary
Fuel Lube Technician responsible for setting up and carrying a fuel route, greasing and topping off fluids on vehicles and equipment, maintaining records, wet-line fueling, and strict adherence to DOT rules; travel to various job sites; operate and maintain a range of heavy equipment and trucks; perform safety-focused, outdoor work with potential overtime and weekend shifts; must have or obtain Class B CDL with tanker/HAZMAT endorsements and a clean driving record; strong communication and computer skills (Windows, Outlook) required.
Required Qualifications
- Class B CDL with tanker and HAZMAT endorsements, or willingness to obtain one
- clean driving record
- ability to travel to various job sites
- must follow safety practices and procedures
- fueling/greasing equipment according to manufacturer’s maintenance manuals
- must be able to operate vehicles and equipment
- lift up to 60 pounds
- ability to drive both manual and automatic transmissions
- must be able to work extended hours outdoors in varying weather conditions
- DOT rules and regulations compliance
- proficiency with computer (Windows, Outlook)
