Job Summary
Heavy Equipment Field Technician (Mechanic) at EquipmentShare in Hutto, TX, responsible for maintenance and repair of heavy equipment and aerial lifts, diagnosing issues, ordering parts, and documenting work orders. Utilize laptops/tablets, follow OSHA requirements, travel to customer job sites as needed, assist in training lower-level technicians, and participate in OEM training. Maintain a professional service vehicle, support on-call and overtime as applicable, and contribute to a safe, efficient field service operation.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or trade school certificate preferred
- Experience in field service, maintenance and repair preferred
- Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record
Additional Requirements
- Must be able to pass a 10-panel drug screen
- Work is safety-sensitive and contingent on background check
