Job Summary
Use proprietary diagnostic tools to create, assign, and monitor work orders while tracking service intervals and ordering parts. Diagnose and repair complex mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and diesel systems on rental and customer-owned heavy equipment and aerial lifts. Practice safe job practices, assist in training lower-level technicians, and maintain daily electronic documentation of all work performed. Travel to customer job sites for repairs when required, ensuring the service vehicle remains clean and professional.
Required Qualifications
- Must own tools applicable to position
- Advanced mechanical aptitude
- Working knowledge of tools
- Extensive knowledge of construction equipment
- Advanced understanding of schematics and diagrams
- Superior customer service skills

- High School diploma
- Trade school certificate
- Experience in field service
- Experience in maintenance and repair
- Valid driver's license
- Acceptable driving record
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Must be able to move freely
- Must be able to stand freely
- Must be able to stoop freely
- Must be able to bend freely
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
- Must be clean shaven
- Must pass a 10 panel drug screen
- Must pass a background check
