Job Summary
Diagnose and repair complex mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and diesel systems on rental and customer-owned heavy equipment and aerial lifts. Create, assign, and monitor work orders while tracking service intervals and ordering parts using proprietary diagnostic tools. Perform maintenance on construction machinery, assist in training lower-level technicians, and maintain electronic documentation of daily work. Travel to customer job sites for repairs when required, ensuring service vehicles remain clean and professional. Practice safe job procedures and adhere to OSHA requirements while utilizing advanced mechanical aptitude and schematics knowledge.
Required Qualifications
- Must own tools applicable to position
- Advanced mechanical aptitude
- Working knowledge of tools
- Extensive knowledge of construction equipment
- Advanced understanding of schematics and diagrams
- Valid driver's license
- Acceptable driving record
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Must be able to move freely
- Must be able to stand freely
- Must be able to stoop freely
- Must be able to bend freely
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
- Must be clean shaven
- Must pass a 10 panel drug screen
- Must pass a background check
