Heavy Equipment Field Technician (Mechanic)

Create, assign, and monitor work orders while tracking machine service intervals and diagnosing issues using real-time data from hundreds of makes and models. Perform maintenance and repair of complex mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and diesel systems on rental and customer-owned equipment, utilizing independent judgment and advanced schematics knowledge. Assist in training lower-level technicians, maintain electronic documentation of work performed, and support equipment and parts pick-up and delivery. Travel to customer job sites for repairs when required, ensuring the service vehicle remains clean and professional. Work Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM with overtime pay available after 40 hours, subject to on-call scheduling.
