Job Summary
Conduct on-site diagnostics, service repairs, and maintenance on agricultural, commercial, and turf equipment across Texas, Oklahoma, Arkansas, and New Mexico. Maintain accurate parts inventory, mentor Service Technicians and Apprentices, and communicate customer service solutions. Document all diagnostics and repairs thoroughly while managing billable time and work orders. Operate vehicles, tools, and heavy equipment while adhering to all safety regulations and maintaining a clean work area. Requires 4+ years of experience, expert knowledge of mechanical and hydraulic systems, and ability to lift up to 75 lbs. Advanced or Master Service Technician certification preferred.
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience performing service repairs
- Outstanding interpersonal and customer service skills
- Ability to perform complex repairs and required maintenance using special tools
- Expert knowledge of mechanical, electrical and hydraulic systems used in the repair of agricultural and turf equipment
- Ability to use computers, vehicles and equipment
- Ability to lift at least 75 lbs. repeatedly
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid Driver's License required
Desired Qualifications
- Advanced or Master Service Technician certification preferred
- Forklift certification preferred
