Job Summary
Perform field lubrication and inspection duties at client job sites, strictly adhering to CAT Lube and Maintenance Guides. Assist in planning preventative maintenance jobs, analyze client requirements, and prepare service reports with accurate oil card processing. Conduct walk-around inspections to gather equipment condition data, communicate findings to clients and management, and maintain good client relations. Ensure trucks are topped off and emptied of waste oil at shift end, report repair needs to supervisors, and provide on-the-job training as assigned. Travel to remote locations as needed, work overtime, and maintain current MSHA and CDL requirements while promoting corporate safety values.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
- Maintain current driver's license with valid CDL varying by site
- Must be able to communicate (speak, read, comprehend, write) in English
- Must be able to obtain Hazardous Material Endorsement which requires fingerprint background check from State
- Must be able to comply with DOT CDL requirements
- Ability to maintain consistent attendance
- May be required to operate a forklift with appropriate certification(s)
