Job Summary
Perform required equipment lubrication and maintenance operations at client job sites, inspect equipment, and sell lubrication services when called upon. Partner with lead to analyze client requirements, plan and control lube and preventative maintenance jobs, and prepare service reports/oil cards. Maintain safety and quality standards, communicate equipment conditions and recommendations, and travel to remote locations as needed. Demonstrate technical proficiency in hydraulics, electrical systems, powertrain, engines, Tier IV emissions, and warranty claims procedures; adhere to CAT Lube and Maintenance Guides; comply with safety and company policies. Maintain documentation and client relations while supporting corporate marketing objectives.
Required Qualifications
- At least six months of related experience in a similar role and environment
- Ability to speak, read, write, and comprehend English
- Keep safety as a priority in the work environment
- Ability to successfully complete a skills assessment (eTRAIN test)
- Valid driver’s license
- Excellent client service skills
- Own and maintain required personal tools
