Job Summary
Heavy Equipment Field Lube Service Technician responsible for performing lubrication and maintenance at client job sites for Caterpillar equipment, inspecting machines, and identifying opportunities to sell lubrication services. Must perform lube services per CAT Lube and Maintenance Guides, maintain safety standards, and communicate equipment condition and needs to clients. Second shift, in-field work with travel to remote locations as needed; must have tools, valid CDL (where applicable), and strong client-relations skills. Strong preference for extensive CAT experience and machinery-repair expertise including hydraulics, powertrain, engines, Tier IV systems, and warranty processing. Position offers hourly pay with pay range USD 20.90 - 38.38/hour; local location Henderson, NV.
Required Qualifications
- At least six months of related experience in a similar role and environment.
- Ability to speak, read, write, and comprehend English.
- Keep safety as a priority in the work environment.
- Ability to successfully complete a skills assessment (eTRAIN test)
- Valid driver’s license.
- Own and maintain required personal tools.
