Heavy Equipment Diesel Mechanic (PM) for Dobbs Equipment. Maintains and services heavy equipment with proper fluids and filters, conducts inspections, and handles service documentation. Requires preventive maintenance, strong mechanical/electrical/hydraulic knowledge, ability to work up to 12-hour days, and occasional overtime. Emphasizes safety, customer relations, and ongoing training; includes potential travel for training and a professional dealership representation.
Required Qualifications
- Associate degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school or minimum of 2 years related experience
- Valid Driver’s License and clean driving record
- Proficient knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems
- Ability to operate heavy equipment safely
- Forklift Certification (preferred)
- Excellent time management and communication skills
