Job Summary
CDL Delivery Driver position at EquipmentShare requires operating and delivering equipment with a Class A CDL or chauffeur's license as appropriate, adhering to DOT and safety regulations, loading/unloading, completing shipping paperwork, and performing routine vehicle maintenance. The role includes on-site loading areas, loading dock management, potential on-call scheduling with overtime, and a focus on customer service at delivery points. Must be able to travel frequently, lift up to 40 pounds, and pass post-offer screenings (background, drug test, DOT physical). The position is full-time with a 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM schedule, Monday to Friday, in Cincinnati, OH, with overtime opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- Must hold either a commercial drivers license (Class A CDL) or chauffeur’s license depending on state, appropriate for weight of vehicle to be operated
- Must pass background and drug testing as required by federal and/or state department(s) of transportation regulations
- Must pass DOT physical, as trucks driven are over 10k lbs
- Must be at least 21 years old to operate company vehicle.
