Job Summary
CDL Driver responsible for delivering equipment and supporting advanced solutions delivery at EquipmentShare. Operates and navigates heavy trucks and trailers in compliance with state and federal laws, loads/unloads goods, prepares and delivers shipping paperwork, performs basic vehicle upkeep, and travels to delivery points. Must pass background/drug tests and DOT physical; must be at least 21 and able to lift up to 40 pounds; role may include on-call duties and overtime.
Required Qualifications
- Must hold either a commercial drivers license (Class A CDL) or chauffeur’s license depending on state, appropriate for weight of vehicle to be operated
- Must pass background and drug testing as required by federal and/or state department(s) of transportation regulations
- Must pass DOT physical, as trucks driven are over 10k lbs
- Must be at least 21 years old to operate company vehicle.
