Job Summary
Help customers with heavy-duty parts questions and needs while sharing knowledge about part features, benefits, and warranty information. Operate a cash register and navigate computer and paper catalog systems to manage inventory and transactions. Steer toward continuous improvement in store processes and procedures while supporting team members in a fast-paced retail environment. Earn an hourly wage of $26.50 with comprehensive health, dental, and vision plans, plus a 401(k) match and paid time off. ASE Heavy Duty Parts Certification is a plus, along with experience in heavy-duty parts cataloging and inventory management systems.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Driver's License and/or Reliable Transportation
- Ability to operate a cash register and navigate computer and paper catalog systems
- Ability to thrive and have fun in a Busy, Fast-Paced retail environment

- Heavy Duty Parts Knowledge and/or Experience
- ASE Heavy Duty Parts Certification
- Passion for delivering Customer Care
- Excellent Verbal and Written Communication skills
