Job Summary

Diagnose, service, and repair heavy equipment including earth-moving machinery, compaction tools, aerial lifts, and forklifts. Conduct inspections, troubleshoot issues, and perform preventive maintenance to minimize downtime. Complete maintenance records and work orders, and collaborate with dispatch and supervisors to ensure smooth service delivery. The role is based out of Burlington with most work conducted on the road servicing client requests; requires 5+ years of hands-on experience with heavy-duty construction equipment, strong knowledge of diesel engines, hydraulics, and diagnostic software, and the ability to work independently as well as in a team. Must have a complete tool set or be actively working toward it, a valid Class G license, and be willing to work overtime and on-call. Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of mechanical experience servicing a variety of heavy construction equipment
  • Hands-on experience diagnosing equipment malfunctions and performing repairs
  • Experience with earth-moving equipment, compaction equipment, and aerial lifts (telehandlers, boom lifts, scissor lifts)
  • Strong knowledge of diesel engines, hydraulic systems, and mechanical components
  • Familiarity with diagnostic software tools
  • Valid Class G driver’s license
  • Willingness to work overtime and participate in an on-call rotation
