Job Summary
Seeking an experienced Field Heavy Duty Repair Technician to perform service activities for customer and sales/rental fleet equipment. Responsibilities include maintaining safety protocols, communicating effectively with customers, traveling to job sites for maintenance and repairs, diagnosing equipment malfunctions, and performing repairs on various equipment components. Candidates should possess proficiency in documentation, customer service, and basic computer skills. A relevant technical degree and extensive experience in heavy equipment repair are preferred.
Required Qualifications
- At least 6 years of directly related experience in heavy equipment repair
- Associates Degree in Diesel Technology or closely related field preferred
- Willingness to become a member of Local 3 of the Operating Engineers
