Job Summary
Heavy-Duty Counter Parts Professional needed to assist customers with heavy-duty parts questions and needs, share knowledge about features, benefits, and warranty information, and operate a cash register in a fast-paced NAPA retail store. Responsibilities include helping team members, maintaining cataloging and inventory systems, and striving for continuous improvement in store processes. Requires strong customer care focus, effective communication, and the ability to thrive in a busy retail environment. Valid driver’s license or reliable transportation is required.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Driver's License and/or Reliable Transportation
- Knowledge of Heavy-Duty Parts Cataloging and/or Inventory Management Systems is a PLUS
- ASE Heavy Duty Parts Certification is a PLUS
- Know How -- Heavy Duty Parts Knowledge and/or Experience
- Excellent Verbal and Written Communication skills
