Job Summary
Conduct maintenance, diagnostics, repair, and full rebuilds on mining equipment such as surface drills, shovels, and earth-moving machinery. Interpret schematics and blueprints while working with electrical and hydraulic systems. Requires three or more years of professional mechanic experience, preferably in mining, oilfield, or construction. Own a full set of tools and hold a valid driver's license. Earn $30.00 to $47.00 per hour with employer-paid benefits including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, PTO, and 401K matching. Work six days a week from 6:00 AM with 10-11 hour shifts, including overtime pay after 40 hours.
Required Qualifications
- 3 or more years of experience as a professional Mechanic
- Backgrounds in Mining, Oilfield, and/or construction
- Excellent understanding of electrical and hydraulic systems
- Able to read and interpret schematics and blueprints
- Owns a full set of tools
- Valid driver's license
