Heavy Duty Equipment Mechanic

Job Summary
Perform repairs, inspections, and preventative maintenance on fleet trucks and heavy equipment, diagnosing electrical, hydraulic, suspension, brake, and air systems. Recondition and replace parts like pistons, bearings, and gears while troubleshooting operational issues to determine remediation plans. Maintain up-to-date log books tracking maintenance dates and services, and handle emergency service calls for breakdowns. Raise heavy parts using hydraulic jacks or hoists and install components to meet specifications. Work Monday through Friday with a competitive salary, vacation, paid holidays after 90 days, and health benefits offered after 90 days.
