Job Summary
Perform vehicle repair and maintenance work as assigned in accordance with company and manufacturer standards for Freightliner, Western Star, and Battle Motors trucks. Execute daily diagnostic imaging coverage including engine, transmission, and chassis systems while maintaining a clean bay. Lift up to 50 pounds and operate necessary basic tools independently. This role requires a minimum of three years of truck dealership experience and strong flat-rate/commission experience. Candidates must possess a positive attitude and be a dependable team player committed to providing the highest level of customer service.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years truck dealership experience
- Ability to lift 50 pounds
- Own necessary basic tools
- Pre-employment drug testing
- Background check
Desired Qualifications
- ASE Heavy Duty certifications
- Detroit, Cummins, and/or ASE Heavy Duty certifications
- Cummins, Detroit Diesel and/or Heavy-Duty certification
- Freightliner experience
- Flat rate/commission experience
- CDL
- High School education
