Responsible for the daily operation of the stewarding department in a casino environment, including cleaning and maintaining all kitchen equipment and ensuring a clean, safe, hazard-free work area. Works in back-of-house areas and may traverse to the casino floor; duties may involve exposure to casino-related factors such as second-hand smoke and high noise levels. Requires ability to stand for long periods, walk, lift up to 50 pounds, work with chemicals, and maintain high cleanliness standards in a fast-paced setting.
