Seeking an experienced Heavy Commercial HVAC Changeout Mechanic responsible for replacing and commissioning HVAC systems in commercial facilities. Requires high school diploma, 3+ years HVAC experience, EPA certification, and excellent communication skills.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial HVAC changeout/installation or service/repair
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and components
- Proficient in VRF, Chillers, Dry Coolers, Boilers, Fan Coils
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics
- Proficient in the use of HVAC diagnostic tools
- Universal EPA certification required
- Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with Building Automation Systems
