Job Summary

Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- 5+ years of construction experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory, foreman, or leadership role
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, plans, specifications, and schedules
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Valid driver's license and ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and active construction environments
