Job Summary
Lead planning, execution, and close-out of large-scale infrastructure projects across Southwestern Ontario; manage budgeting, forecasting, cost control, billing, and vendor/sub-trade agreements; drive project planning and scheduling, risk mitigation, change management, and documentation; serve as primary point of contact with clients and internal/external teams; mentor junior staff and lead project coordination meetings; ensure successful delivery from award through close-out.
Required Qualifications
- 5-10+ years of progressive construction experience delivering complex projects from conception to close-out
- Post Secondary education in Civil Engineering Technology or Construction Management
- Strong experience with project control and financial management
- Expertise in project scheduling tools and contract documentation
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
