Job Summary
Plan and formulate civil construction projects according to engineering standards, manage project budgets and submit accurate cost projections, and develop realistic project schedules. Ensure overall project quality control, compliance with safety protocols, and adherence to contract terms. Collaborate with field management to resolve issues between project plans and site execution, approve equipment or personnel changes, and oversee subcontractor performance. Conduct weekly team meetings for scheduling and costing reviews, prepare analytical reports for upper management, and submit timely payment requisitions. Maintain clear roles and responsibilities across the project team while demonstrating a thorough understanding of project milestones and delay reasons. This role requires a seasoned professional with 5+ years on heavy/highway projects and a valid driver's license.
