Job Summary
Project Engineer to manage complex infrastructure projects throughout Washington State, with a fast track path toward Project Manager. Responsibilities include reviewing plans, specifications, and contract documents; assisting with quantity takeoffs and estimating; preparing submittals, RFIs, and project documentation; tracking project costs, production, and schedule performance; assisting with change orders and progress billings; coordinating with subcontractors, suppliers, and project stakeholders; participating in project meetings and owner communications; supporting quality control and project closeout activities; and conducting regular field visits to support operations.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil/Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferred
- 2-5 years of construction, engineering, or project coordination experience
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Ability to work in both office and field environments
- Willingness to travel throughout Washington as needed
- Ability to work in both office and construction site environments, including walking on uneven terrain, climbing ladders or slopes, and performing site inspections in varying weather conditions
